Kronkron vol.2

Just the other day I was walking town town and went into Kronkron and there standing on the table was the most beautiful pair of shoes I have ever seen! So I am honoring Kronkron for being so brilliant with this blog and one day I am going to march inside that store and buy myself that pair of shoes!
There are no words. . .

Milk-chocolate buttons

Having that project to make something out of my beautiful berries I decided to make milk chocolate buttons. Those are the most delicious cupcakes in the world! and mostly because they are made from milk chocolate. And I am going to share this little pice of heaven with you.

Makes 12
75g unsalted butter
75g milk chocolate, chopped
80g soft brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
60g self raising flour, sifted

Ganache:
80g milk chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons thick (double/heavy) cream
raspberries to decorate :)

Preheat the oven to 160°C
and then line 12 mini muffin holes with paper cases
Place the butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl and sit the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure that bowl doesn't  touch the water. Stir the chocolate until melted. Remove the bowl from the heat and mix in the sugar and egg. Stir in the flour.
Transfer the mixture to a jug and pour evenly among the cases. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked. Leave in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer into a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the ganache, place the chocolate and cream in a heatproof bowl. Sit the bowl over saucepan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Once the chocolate has almost melted, remove the bowl from the heat and stir until the remaining chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Allow to thicken slightly.

Then decorate with raspberries or something that you like :)
